Got a call back last week and had to take a math test, and nurse career battery test. The nurse career battery test seemed difficult, there were a few questions that were textbook customer service stuff, but others were very ambiguous, and many questions had me rate things on a scale of 1-5, some obvious and some very difficult things. App now says manager review in progress and I haven't heard back from HR about any interviews yet. Anyone else take those tests or get an interview yet?

I got an email this morning for interview on July 17 at 8:30am. I will be interviewing for IMC Siena. Good Luck and keep us all posted. Lets make this thread very informative for future applicants. :)
I also ended up getting an email for interviews on July 17th. Said to bring some letters of reference and the essay I wrote. At least 1 other person I know someone who graduated with me from UNLV at the same time hasn't been invited to take the test's yet.
They say bring 1 professional and 1 personal reference. Do you think it would hurt to bring more than 2? I don't want to overdue it. Lol...
Also, they say interviews begin at 8:30. Are they just interviewing us in the order we arrive or waiting for groups of people? I think group interviews are quite unprofessional and applicants should not be subject to that kind of cruelty where they must answer questions to outdo one another. I hope its a one-on-one or panel... just my two cents.
Just had interview today. Lots of new grads. I had a panel of two nurses and both were extremely nice! Of course I felt interview went well but it all comes down to who they decide to choose. They said they will be making selections shortly after all interviews and I should know within 2-3 days if I got selected. Fingers crossed :)
I did as well. Got a call for Siena Med/Surg. The interviews were kinda odd though. I was there for 2 interviews, and the first one I got called in right away and my energy level was high, and that is the job I was hired for. After the first interview I had to wait around for over 2 hours to get my second interview, which is the job I really wanted. The second interview the guy didn't ask me any of the questions that were on the sheet and his partner was on a lunch break or something, also my energy level was low at that point. Obviously I don't think I did that well in the second interview. I feel like they could have given us actual times for the interviews or spread them over 2 days, something like that. Oh well though I can't complain too much since I did get hired.
