Don't drink too much water before.

Have a little protein shake before. No protein shake? Glass of milk.

Always try to pee in the morning. Worked for me for the 4.5 years I was in.

Good luck! And, save this date. They used my first test (that's negative) as my sobriety date. Boo!! Psssss!

Wonder if it matters that I’m on my menstrual cycle ??? Lol

it shouldn't, I've had to test several times during my cycle. You will probably have observed tests too. awkward at first but after awhile, no big deal.

Drink a large coffee on the way or a Coke. Gotta study for your pee test. Always worked for me

Yes- THIS!

I had one low creatinine. Luckily, the specific gravity was WNL, so not dilute. My CM said to increase my protein.

So... when picked to test, this was my morning routine.

I would wake up at 5am, check-in, & pee (because I couldn’t wait til 8am. If you can hold it, that’s your best option). Between 5am-8am, I’d either drink a protein shake or chocolate milk (my family knew those were mom’s drinks in the fridge -hands off)! I would also eat a Jack Link beef jerky for the high protein.

So basically, breakfast for me on test day was chocolate milk & beef jerky. Yep, anything for a normal pee test. Luckily, I like both of those those things. But- if not in the program, no, I wouldn’t recommend them together, Lol.
