St. Paul's school of nursing 2016

Published

Hey new member but very familiar to this site!! Any one applying to SPSON for the Jan 2016 class?? What did you think of the SLE exam? What should I expect from the Hesi exam? Being that this school is not Acen accredited would that make a degree from the school useless? And can you transfer to an accredited BA program once you complete St. Paul's and pass the nclex?? Interested in the program and worried at the same time!!!

Yeah they'll make you sign an agreement that you acknowledge which credits will transfer in. And I don't know try and see if they accept the one you already have that way you won't have to pay for it. See you in January!í ½í±í ¼í¿¼

Hey, so I got a 32 on the SLE, and a 93% on the HESI overall (100% math). I am supposed to have an interview scheduled for next week. The thing that concerns me is that my GPA is very low. I am coming from a different college. I want to know how this affects my chances of getting into the school. Anybody?

Hey did you send in your transcripts before you got accepted or after?

I sent them way before my interview. But ask them!

& As long as you have the prereqs above what they want you should be fine

Hi I am going to start in Jan as well in the Staten Island campus just wondering if there are any former students selling their textbooks ? Please contact me if so am interested.

Hi I wanted to know if you have any of ur textbooks left and are willing to sell them ?

Yes I'm also interested.

Hey you're starting in Staten Island?.. Me too. Will you be on the bus as we'll?

Yes I'm coming in from jersey actually

Wow. From that far? What brings you to Staten Island

I just got my schedule today!! anyone else get theirs also?

Hello Everyone , I graduated from St Paul School of Nursing in december of 2015. I will like to share my experience. It was hard from the get go. the school is not the most organized and you have to be really focus . It has its issue like every nursing school. however I like to focus on the positives. You have to get the work done . I have met some awesome professors and best friends there. you have to stick together. When I started many people tell me not to do saying its not accredited and so many other things. Today i am on my way to becoming an RN (taking my boards in a few weeks)because of staying focus. And many of my friends who graduated from their Got jobs and are on their way to getting masters. I got accepted into CUNY online BSN program . So they are schools that will take you most of them actually for your BSN don't list to people do research for yourself. And you will get a Job. St Pauls is not the best of the best but its doable and once you are focus you will make it. Good Luck everyone
