St. Paul's school of nursing 2016

Nursing Students School Programs

Published

Hey new member but very familiar to this site!! Any one applying to SPSON for the Jan 2016 class?? What did you think of the SLE exam? What should I expect from the Hesi exam? Being that this school is not Acen accredited would that make a degree from the school useless? And can you transfer to an accredited BA program once you complete St. Paul's and pass the nclex?? Interested in the program and worried at the same time!!!

Yes I'm going to do another English review class this week being that St. Paul's just called me this morning to set up my English retake so I hope all goes well I've been trying to get into a nursing program for 2 years now!! I just pray this works out!! I want it so bad lol

I am going to attend a review session this week. I was told we can take as many review session we wanted.

Specializes in multi specialty.

Wow and they didn't let me me sign up for more and now they dont want to give me my transcripts

Me too as well I wasn't given a limit I already did 4 sessions... Did you take the exam yet? When are you scheduled ?

Specializes in multi specialty.

I have to wait a year to re apply to the school

You can't really use them once they are opened anyway.. They would really be useless to you ..

Hello, did you apply to the school? I went to the info session yesterday and it wasn't bad at all I'm trying to get into the Jan class. Have you taken the HESI yet?

hello all,

I should be able to attend the January 2016. I have not taken the HESI as of yet, I took the SLE already and will be taking the review classes on the 28th and the 29th of this month hope that gives me enough time for everything else. I am hopping to take the test on the 2nd of Oct. Does anyone know if the day or night class is better maybe I can keep my job at least for the first semester.:yeah:

Hey I will be attending a info session on Friday, how is the sle exam and is there anything I need to study to pass

Hi All: I was looking into St Paul's also. Taking Hesi on 10/17 BUT very hesitant because of things I am reading. Now I met someone who is a nurse in a hospital who went to St Pauls and one other person. It is just the negative comments making me think twice. SO confused on what to do

no there's nothing to study for the exam. it's like an IQ test you should be fine, don't stay on one question for a long time try to get at least 16 correct out of that 50 question and you should be fine. I am scheduled for the review class in 2 weeks and will be taking the HESI on the 17th and I am bad in MAth so I am studying my butt off. Good luck!
