st lukes tempe..??

hi guys can anyone tell me anything about st lukes tempe..i might do a travel assignment there...just wanted to know what type of hospital it is...is it a teaching facility? i would be working labor and delivery...any input would be great..thanks!!!

The only thing I've ever heard about that place is "even if I were dying, I'd go past that place and onto the next closest hospital!"

Hopefully someone else here can give us some insight. I live in Tempe and it's not too far from my house, but I hadn't even considered working there due to the not-so-good reputation it has.

This hospital is horrible compared to others in the east valley, one of the worst I've seen. My grandmother was taken there and my mother had her trasfered. This place is very small, old, and the staff was not great.
