Here I go again, trying to get going again for the NCLEXRN for the third time. There is no RN initials after 9 months (ouch!!!), there is no fire left in this belly, there is no motivation in this heart, there is no good reason left to pass this test. Third time will not be hard, instead will be impossible for me. There is a lot of review courses out there trying to save NCLEXRN loosers, but they're doing it to get easy $300 to $400 from the injured souls. I am absolutely done with review courses! All the wise wisdom out there sounds sweet to the ears, but man read behind the line, the people give it laughing at you. People love to tell you what to do when you're down and out. I am definitely will not be a fool and tell another person about it face to face. It takes many twists and turns to realize that I have to listen to myself from now on. I am my own savior, I can only save myself. It's that time to fight for survival. This is the hard truth lies in my heart. I will succeed this impossible test with my pure effort, without anyone contaminating me anymore.
Here's my plan:
Time
8-12 > Review nursing contents
2-4 > Q & A pay attention to rationales for answer
Length
4 months, 4-7 days
Questions
No less than 10,000 questions answered before the test.
Work
3 days a week as CNA or caregiver
My pure effort, only me, can dismantle NCLEXRN! ---- everybody...

I see you sound very upset. Good Luck. As you do not need advise, that's the best I can tell you

I personally would concentrate on just doing questions and reading the rationale. Only study a subject if having a problem answering questions for that subject.
Best of luck and I am sure with determination you can do it, just do not over do it and leave no time for relaxation. You have to give your brain chance to assimilate what you are learning

Dear Profile1. I too understand your frustrations. I feel everything that you have posted. Like you I have failed twice & am trying to pick myself up & studying yet again for a third try at this damn exam. I am so glad to finally hear of someone that understands me... after reading what you wrote I was like that is soo me. So thank you for posting and sharing your thoughts. Allnurses.com members have recommended to me to use Exam Cram NCLEX-RN review book as well as the Exam Cram Q & A book. And the Prioritization, Delegation & Assignment book by La Charity. I just purchased all 3 of these books on Thursday. The review book is still being shipped because the store was out of it so I purchased online. I started with the Prioritization book seems promising & so far seems like a helpful little review book that can be completed in a week give or take. I wish you the best of luck! If you need support or ideas or need to vent feel free to respond. :) GOOD LUCK!
