You do not need a SSN to complete application you just leave it blank. You are aware that you will not be able to stay and change your status with tourist visa as no visas to adjust and no idea when retrogression will end. Also the likely hood of extension will be denied as you must stay in status to change status
Thx alot
I am from lebanon and i dunno if the retrogression can affect me or no.
I applied for f1 visa on september and my visa will expire in the mid of october,so really i am confused about what will happen if uscis didn't reply before my visa expiration.
So do you have any idea about that??
Thx again for your correspondence
retrogression is affecting everyone regardless on where they are from and no idea when things will change. Suzanne may be along regarding F1 but do not go out of status whatever happens as will have an impact on future applications and if you result in a ban of which min is 3 years then will also have impact on any job applications

You need to go home, pure and simple. You must have the CES completed before NJ will even look at your application to start with.
Next it is several months before you will even be approved to sit for the NCLEX exam. And you must have the VSC in hand now to even start any procedure for immigration. But the bigger issue is that there are no visas available for you at this time to have your visa adjusted, and therefore cannot stay and work here.
And yes, the retrogression applies to you as well as everyone else.
And right now to come to the US with the idea of staying from the tourist visa is not an acceptable practice at all. That is taking cuts in the front of the line, and is not a good thing.
USCIS is not going to do one thing but tell you to go home, you need to read the Primer at the top of this forum to find out about retrogression and all of the other requirements for licensure that you are not even aware of.
And my name is Suzanne to you, you do not even know me.
And the bigger issue is that the student visa needs to be obtained out of the US, you have to leave to get that.
You need to go home, pure and simple. They do not do anything in jst a few weeks, that is very well known fact.
