It's about time to start applying to the spring 2015 MANE programs. I'm sure I'm not the only one here who is applying. I thought it would be nice to have a place where we could come together and chat about our scores, the application process, and the anguish of waiting for our acceptance letters.
I'm planning on applying to Century and Inver Hills. I would prefer Century, just because it's right down the street from my house.
Anyone else applying for spring?
Woo! Just got my grades back and I squeaked by with a B in A&P. That doesn't sound great but the class at my school is extremely difficult and I was terrified I'd get a C. Phew. So my current overall gpa is a 3.75, still not sure what it will really be after some other credits in writing and stuff are transferred, but it should stay about the same. So I need about an 80 on the TEAS to be competitive, if last semester's applicant stats are any indication.
I am applying for the Spring start at Century also. I am very nervous because I took the TEAS test today and only got a 72% plus the 3.15 GPA... so that gives me a 10.35..... I'm optimistic though. Does anyone know how many students are allowed in the program? Is it 60? Congrats kvlime on your score!!

I talked to an adviser last time around and was told the lowest was an 11.33 I think. No guarantee it's like that this semester- I would kind of think fall would have more applicants, but do apply to multiple schools.
I am really nervous. I am driving 4 hours today to Century to take the TEAS. I only got a 70 on the first practice test and then did even worse on the second I've heard most people do better on the real test but it better be a big improvement!

Good luck! I thought the real test was much easier than the practice test. The highest I got on a practice test was 85, and I got 94 on the real test.

I took the test at Century and they said they would send my scores to the Century program free. If I want to send my scores to any other schools I have to pay the fee.
