I've decided to make this page for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 ADN program at Lone Star CF/K. I'm so nervous and it's still kinda far away! Good luck!

Do you guys know if we are turning in everything on the castle branch list or just the ones on our Acceptance email?

Do everything on castle branch and the email. If castle branch isn't completed by nov 30, they will give your spot to someone else.

Hello! I know , it's old thread ,but can i ask you guys a question!! I am still in the beginning of my journey,but need to clear whole situation !can you please explain me ,do they count whole subjects gpa towards your score or just English and a&p? How it all works ? Thabk you in advance!

You have to have a minimum of 2.5 gpa to apply but as far as the gpa on your score sheet just a&p 1 or 2 whichever is higher, and English 1301. You must make As in both to get into the program at Kingwood.

That's exactly what I need to know !bcs I got confused with different opinions .I have my bachelor in completely different field and different contry so I have to start every from the scratch. Have to take I guess algebra (which is not my strongest subject but I am working on it . I was thinking that you have to get an A in all the classes -chemistry -biology-math - history -and so on !

Welcome! If you plan on going to the kw nursing program make an appt with this lady ASAP before nov 14 because that is the first day you sign up for spring classes....and to ensure you get the best professors you need to sign up on the first day! I got 7.405 but I haven't been accepted yet. I picked to be an alternate for both so hopefully I still have a chance. I'm just gonna make sure I meet all the requirement and pray on it. Good luck to you!

Tips on increasing my a&p score/topics i should focus on? I got a 84 after failing by 2-3 percent a couple of times. I'm scared i might not get in for spring so i want to prepare for the fall! I have the elsevier but i feel like it doesnt help.
