I've decided to make this page for anyone applying for the Spring 2019 ADN program at Lone Star CF/K. I'm so nervous and it's still kinda far away! Good luck!

Weird! That would explain why only some people got an email and not others,

But the fingerprints email is suppose to come AFTER the acceptance email....

I wish they would just send the email

I know! Ugh it's so frustrating! That's because I already am able to self schedule at work from now to January and February but I don't know if I should request to work only certain days ( for the program) or if I can still be flexible with my hours. I work at md Anderson and for some reason the schedules are open to self schedule earlier then normal.

That was going to be my next question. Whether anyone had called the school to ask about the e-mail.

The East coast thing does not make any sense to me. Why would they even have our information if the school didn't send it to them.

Welp! If they decide to tell us today or tomorrow then just heads up, scrubs are half off (at least at cyfair main) because the store is closing. Up to 75% off so any supplies you need, now would be the time to get them lol. Med books (not text think terminology and drug handbooks) are also 75% off

Well since I'm impatient... I signed up for my appointment for fingerprinting just to get it out of the way (even if i'm not in). The lady that did my fingerprint said that it was from Lonestar which I already knew since it was the only school I signed up for. So I guess we will see when they decide to stop torturing us...

Hopefully tomorrow. I wore myself out these past two days with excitement that today I kind of didn't care lol I checked the forum and my email only a couple times today.

So, I remember reading about FERPA somewhere in this thread. That is the only email I received today. :(

What did it say about ferpa? Are you missing something? That may be why they haven't sent out letters yet...maybe some people still haven't submitted the proper documents

The ferpa email is just notification of our rights pretty much.. I wonder if it's a sign that the emails are coming lol

But yeah...seems like they're sending everything out little by little. Hopefully tomorrow is the big day. I can't deal anymore...
