Hello,
I know some of us were discouraged to find out that we didnt get in for Fall. The cut off was the highest theyve ever seen and some were shocked to find out their true pre-req GPA. We have another chance to accomplish our dream of becoming an RN and I am hopeful we will all get in for Spring. Historically it is an easier semester to get into, last GPA cutoff for 2019 Spring was a 3.381 so there is hope. If you dont mind posting GPA and TEAS and when youve submitted the app. Round 2, lets go!
Pre-req GPA- 3.514
TEAS-67
Havnt submitted just yet, but i will be soon!

Once accepted, you only have a few days to get forms signed and back to them. I'm currently waiting for my titers to come back. I've enrolled in a CPR course, had my fingerprints done last week, and had all the shots required for the program. It's a lot, but I can't wait to start this journey!
I'm curious if anyone knows when classes start in January?
GPA: 3.38
TEAS: 60
Hello and congratulations
Where did you get your titers done? How much did they cost, if that's not too personsal.
Do you know of any in the Brandon area that wont cost me too much.
Thanks
I had to get titers done since I did not have my immunization records. They just take your blood. I was immune to everything except Hep B. So I got my first dose last week, and have to go back Nov 22nd for my second dose. I’ll need a 3rd, but the school is okay if you have two with a doctors note. Be sure to check the information they sent you in your acceptance email! It tells you what the school will and will not accept and deadlines. I am lucky because the deadline for these immunizations is Dec 6, and I’m getting my second dose Nov 22nd! So I’m cutting it close. I’m glad I got started on them as soon as I could.
My first questions are do you have health insurance and a primary care physician? If so, your primary care physician should be able to provide you with lab paperwork to LabCorp or Quest Diagnostics. If you do not have a primary care physician or health insurance you should be able to visit one of these providers to have the titers completed. Hope this information helps

You’re welcome! Your PCP should be able to give you paperwork to take to Labcorp or Quest. Any vaccines needed... they should be able to administer them in their office. Good luck!!
