Hi everyone!

I was just wondering were there any others who were applying for Spring 2013. I was in nursing school many moons ago (2003 el centro), and have decided to take care of unfinished business. I'm super excited about the new points system. I actually hope to attend Northlake--we live in Coppell. I'll be taking HPRS 1204 this summer there as well. Is anyone else petitioning the five year limit on their science courses? I Have all the Science courses complete except HPRS so I'm petitioning since I majored in Biology (UTA). I'm also hoping they will take my Calculus I in lieu of college algerbra. Lots to do! Prayerful that God shows favor on us all!

I didn't get in. I was missing a dose of varicella. I got my shot record from when I was kid and it said varicella on it. I emailed ******* and she said that varicella had a D beside which meant I had the disease and not the vaccine. You learn something new everyday. I had 22 points.

I'm sorry Shasha! That stinky varicella got me last time. Keep working hard on completing those Bachelor courses and reapply. You'll have even MORE points next time!

Eek...it is a long way to Corpus over night for snail mail...lol. I hope you have something tomorrow! I have not gotten home yet to check my mail. I could call and ask someone at the house...but I kind of want to find out by myself and deal it with it alone first. - 8:00 p.m. can't come soon enough!

I'm IIIIIIN!!!!!! :-)I was a nervous wreck...so I had my daughter check the mail. She has been one of my biggest fans so I let her do the honors...(tear).I THINK I'm El Centro Campus but I'll double check when I get home!

Got in!!!! 21 points! See everyone Nov. 20th! For all who got in, I created a group on Facebook. The Fall 2012 group did this and seems to prove very helpful. They are able to post questions, concerns, make sure they understand, and some have posted helpful links (I will post them to our group in the next few weeks for use). It is called El Centro Spring 2012 ADN Program. Had to add my husband to get it started, so once we have members I will delete him! Thanks all! Can't wait to meet everyone!

Krys excellent idea I follow them as well and have downloaded a ton of info .... Blueprints for tests etc! Congrats by the way !
