I always wondered where men wound up in nursing. I dont see that many in Oncology. I am assuming men generally like ICU, ER, and M/S.
It would be nice if you would like to post your
Specialty
Years of EXP in current specialty(or post previous specialties)
Why you picked your specialty.
If you see that I am missing a big specialty dont hesitate to let me know.
you mean pediatrics? I did well in that area even though i had no experience in peds, the other female students came to me for help......yet when the clinical eval came, all my marks were average with a few good checks. If anyone doesn't think stereotyping, harassment and discrimination doesn't exist in the nursing field for male nurses, guess again. It is routine because we ave trouble proving it because clinicals are highly subjective and that is where the abuse and violations of Constitutional rights routinely occur

Which one of your constitutional rights is violated by an evaluation you don't find stellar enough?
