Yay, I'm so excited to finally be part of these application threads! This is my first time applying to nursing schools, but I'm hoping for the best. I have about 88-90 points if they accept the additional points. Good luck to all ?

Hi everyone

Has anyone received an email yet or heard from them? I know results are being sent out because I have a classmate who unfortunately said he got a rejected email just last week ?. They said that we should be hearing back from them 2 weeks after application date closes which is this time around. Been constantly checking my email and haven't received anything. Any updates?

Sorry to hear what happened with your classmate. I haven't heard anything either. Just seeing this message pop up on email made my heart skip a beat cause I thought it was from southwestern for a second.

Sorry to hear about your classmate . Do you know how many points he had? I applied last cohort and I was on the alternate list but never got called back but I got an email the first week of March, best of luck to you all!

I hope you don't mind me asking, but how many points did you apply with last round? I know any ADN program is so competitive right now and this can happen too; even when we have all of the requirements?

I don't mind at all ... I had 83 points but I had a coworker get in with less for the previous cohort .

Also they choose about 30 alternates which is insane and they won't tell you what spot you're in, only how many points you had .

And you should! LOL Such an accomplishment ... I'm not too hopeful for

this cohort to be honest I'm at the lower end of the points , last cohort I was on the alternate list and was trying to re take my TEAS to get 7 extra points for the max but they said it needs to be over 3 years since the last one ? but congratulations ! That is amazing !
