I am so happy for you!!!! I find myself tearing up reading these success stories. I think all this studying for the CPNE has made me emotional, LOL.

The rush of emotions for me was similar to that of my wedding day and giving birth to my daughter. It's something you prepare for and you prepare but still not really ready for the unexpected. I believe deep in my heart you will be successful.

first i want to say congrats, thanks for a wonderful journal. quick question, you said on your second pcs that you were assigned "respiratory assessment" why would you performed deep breath & cough- i thought that's included under "respiratory management"....

i'm sorry, i meant management. i was never assigned just respiratory assessment. i had mgmt on 3 of my 4 pcs. i also never had pain management. pain was always assigned with the vital signs.

CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR SUCCESS!!!! Curious, were you at Grady hospital??? It's the closest hospital to me and when you mentioned Southern I was wondering if you tested in Atlanta...thanks for your time and again CONGRATULATIONS!!!:yeah::yeah::yeah:

Thanks so much for the encouragement, it means so much! When we practice we take turns being the patient and we try to throw each other curve balls.... just to kind of figure out what if's. :-)

I know that day will be super significant for me too, as I am sure it is for all who conquer it!!! Not too many people truly know much about my past, but 9/11 is a day that changed my life in so many ways.... and I am praying that this 9/11 will be no different.. but this time in a happy, positive way... I do not feel God makes mistakes. I will share my story with everyone when I post my journal after I *pass* the CPNE. :-)

Are you studying for NCLEX yet? What state do you live in if you don't mind me asking?

yes, everytime we practiced i feel more confident about the cpne.... you and leigh are the best study buddy a person could ask for.... we listen to each other and give some great feedback....

yes girl we are going to make this 9/11 a positive memory!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
