Which hospitals should I avoid in FL? There are, of course, a TON of poorly paying contracts in FL right now and I'd like to know which facilities are unpleasant. Thanks!

I interviewed with Ft. Lauderdale (which I declined once I learned they require PBDS), Largo, and Sarasota. I have read that HCA facilities are horrible. Hmmm...

Why dont you try baycare, they are located in clearwater. the pay is good and they provide you with a beachfront property. The hospital hires you directly as a traveler but they treat you like staff. they have 3-6month contracts. I start in feb next year but I have got friends that are there right now and they love it plus there is s much to do in clearwater. good luck

Do they require the PBDS? Trying to avoid this test.

Thanks,

What is it that you didn't like about them? And what is their preemployment testing like?

Why would you decline just because they require PBDS?

Just take the test. It's easy.

Afraid to get there and lease a place, then fail the test and get cancelled. So they do require it then?

Oh I don't know. Just saying that I took it and it really isn't hard. But yes, that is understandable. It would suck to go all the way down there and then fail it...

I remember I didn't even finish it and I still passed
