If you had to pick which would you take, Marriage and Family or Sexuality and Relationships?
just curious what you would do. :)

Yes, I checked and they do accept the CLEP for it. it will count as the intro to soc, which is one of the options to take, but it seemed really boring so that is why I was looking at other options. :)

I must be weird because I love sociology but it also was one of my majors before realizing my moms dream were not mine. I would do sexuality and relationships if you don't clep out of it.
I guess I'm weird as well because I love sociology too!

I would do Sexuality and Relationships, but that's just my personal interest.

The nursing school I want to apply to only requires intro to Soc.
If yours is same, and you have 4.0 gpa, so giving up an easy A to not count toward nursing application is not an issue. Then saving time & money to satisfy the degree requirements with a CLEP, may be a good choice.
I took liberties with inferring your situation on my original response.
I should have also shared my thought process at that time.
Good luck with your decision. :)
At the bedside you are the patients advocate. You may sometimes apply the conflict theory advocating for them.
What you say and do, can provide a positive effect for your patient spiritually, state of mind, encouragement, acceptance, and behavior.

I think basic sociology is an important foundation to have, especially in nursing because it helps to teach you to get outside of your head when dealing with cultures that are different and you may not understand. It teaches you to view the world objectively and empirically.
That being said I would take the basic intro to sociology. It's an easy A to boost your gpa. You might learn something to boot.
