It crossed my mind if AI could be viewing our resumes and snapshots? A lot here have really good experience and a real person wouldn't ignore it.

I applied to two locations, LAMC and Panorama City, and only heard back for an interview from Pan so I think location is also a big factor.. I don't have any prior work or clinical experience besides my CNA job that I had for 2 years during my nursing school. Kaiser does offer interviews for people who don't have their license yet so I feel like one or two spots might open up later on for some locations..

For the south bay they did say you had to have it before having the interview.
