This is so insane to me. 😭 because in the nicest way possible some of the people in the group were no prepared or ready to be apart of the panel interview.

I'm just curious to see what the hiring crew was looking for..
I'm curious too! I am a recent BSN graduate with 8 years of LVN experience. But in my case, I'm scheduled to take the NCLEX next week so technically I do not have my RN license yet. I'm wondering if thats the reason why I didn't get a call back 😔

MA for 5 years, LVN 14 years, RN BSN graduated last June. Kaiser employee for 13 years. Background is pediatric clinical MA/LVN for 17 years, 2 years LVN in an urgent care, no RN experience at all. First choice was Downey and second choice was SouthBay. Though I was one of the 6 finalist on southbays last cohort, did not get that job, they had 3 slots open last September. Also I have ACLS, PALS, nihss
I have my BSN, was a CNA for 2 years, LVN for 7 years. Worked in hospitals, LTC, home health, plasmapheresis centers, and correctional facilities. I have ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS. I haven't received a call for an interview. Maybe if I was bilingual that would've helped my application look more desirable.
Maybe they want younger nurses I'm not

Hi y'all, this is probably a dumb question but does any one remember how the snapshot was in term of choosing units? I remember we had to pick our top two hospitals but I don't remember if we to chose units as well? I'm so sorry, I should have wrote it down but I've done so many application from last year and this year that I just absolutely forgot what I picked or what was asked.
I'm preparing for my interview and the email doesn't say what unit I'm interviewing for so IDK if it's safe to ask what unit is the interview for...
