Ms Cabrera said:I just finished my interview a few minutes ago. Everyone was nice. They asked me to answer a couple scenarios, which brought me back to the NCLEX. LOL. A time of conflict.
Hi! I am not doing the one in LAMC, but in Ontario, but I was wondering when you said scenario questions, are they clinical questions? Ie. what would you do if someone has chest pain? Thank you so much in advance :3
ykchan said:I had my interview with them yesterday and it was a individual panel interview (5 interviewers) and not a group interview. Hope that helps and good luck!
Hello_Murse said:How many slots were open for the LAMC interviews? And is this the only batch of interviews for the LAMC location or will there be another batch of interviews again before the deadline? I know that the interviews end on Friday, August 16, 2024. Hope you did well on your interview. Thanks.
Ms Cabrera said:Hi! There were interviews yesterday, today, and Monday. I chose today. They are 25 min slots. They thought I was someone else. I was the second appt for the day so I wonder if the first person didn't show up. And they are individual interviews. 5 very nice people, but professional of course.
Thank you! I was very nervous. They said is 11 wks 40hrs, then you transition to 24 or 36 hrs. I'm guessing it starts in October because they said is a yr long and you graduate in October 2025.
I hope this helps and provides some guidance.
How was your guys interviews? I'm very nervous for it! Any tips would be appreciated thank you so so much 🥺❤️
nursemj00 said:Hi!! Thanks for the insights! Would you be able to share the questions? I'm bad at interviews and tend to stutter when nervous! LOL! Were they behavioral type? Why kaiser, etc? TYSM!
Yes, that was the last question. Why Kaiser and can you attribute to the company. I was so nervous and I cnt remember much. But they also asked what type of clinical
experience do I have? It was one question per person. So 5 questions. And they also asked if I have been in another new grad program. They said they had to ask that question.

This is helpful, thank you so much! Did they say how many they're hiring?
Ms Cabrera said:They did not say. I did not ask either. They also said we do an evidence based project with another person in the cohort. That's all.
This is interesting! Do you mean if we get hired we would have to do it as a project during training? Or is this before we even get hired?
