Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the SoCal Kaiser Permanente RN Residency Program's October 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

so the first part was a group section where we introduced our partners to everyone then took turns answering random questions. then after it was a QA session then we all waited in the cafeteria for individual interviews. the whole process is rlly long but the individual interview is about 10-15 mins. good luck!

Hi, its this Friday at 1 pm! They said this is the only time and date available to interview for me. What date and time did you get? and do you know anything about the interview or if there are others interviewing? I am so nervous too ;-;

Same! my email also said this was the only time available. I wish I knew more details about the interview process 😞 I am going blindsided but honestly I am just practicing genetic questions and hoping for the best! I wish you good luck!

hmm if were both the same time, 1 PM, maybe its a group interview?
