Hey guys! I'm starting this thread for the SoCal Kaiser Permanente RN Residency Program's October 2024 Cohort. Hopefully we can update each other on application processes, interviews, and job offers!

I don't have enough posts yet to respond to PMs 😞 but for those curious about stats resulting in an interview, here are my specific statistics: RN license with a BSN; No CNA experience but had prior clinical experience at Kaiser!

I got an interview for the Anaheim location! Does anyone have any tips or what questions they ask?

Hi good luck with your interview!! I'm sorry im not much help but I also applied to anaheim. How long ago did your status change from job submission complete?

Actually my status said "no longer in consideration for position" when I applied, but I still got a career snapshot and I got an interview call today. Sorry I am not much help!

I think it is very likely 😕, but I hope that in the end they give us at least a few minutes individually like someone mentioned above.

I wouldn't think so since they provided such specific slots. I have mine today too. I chose 9:25 I think. I will try to update as soon as I'm done. 
 

I was hoping if anyone has theirs Wednesday, would give us the 411.

I had my interview with them yesterday and it was a individual panel interview (5 interviewers) and not a group interview. Hope that helps and good luck!

I just finished my interview a few minutes ago. Everyone was nice. They asked me to answer a couple scenarios, which brought me back to the NCLEX. LOL. A time of conflict.

How many slots were open for the LAMC interviews? And is this the only batch of interviews for the LAMC location or will there be another batch of interviews again before the deadline? I know that the interviews end on Friday, August 16, 2024. Hope you did well on your interview. Thanks.

Hi! There were interviews yesterday, today, and Monday. I chose today. They are 25 min slots. They thought I was someone else. I was the second appt for the day so I wonder if the first person didn't show up. And they are individual interviews. 5 very nice people, but professional of course. 
 

Thank you! I was very nervous. They said is 11 wks 40hrs, then you transition to 24 or 36 hrs. I'm guessing it starts in October because they said is a yr long and you graduate in October 2025.
