i would check the sticky at top of thread new revised first tip of suzanne's plan it shows how you should use saunders book.
I know exactly how you feel. I've been using the Saunder's books and doing practice questions for almost 2 months now. For a while I felt confident, then as soon as I scheduled the exam, my confidence went out the window. Now that I have a set date I'm freaking out and feel like I don't know enough and I won't be prepared. The most frustrating part is that the only people who understand just how we feel are fellow nursing school grads. I try to explain it to my friends and family and they just keep saying "oh you'll do fine, i know you're going to pass." But the truth is, no one knows if we'll pass and no one knows how we feel. We all just have to take a deep breath, step back, and realize that if we made it through nursing school and have been studying for the NCLEX then we are on the right track. There's really nothing else we can do to prepare for the test. Good luck to everyone, try not to freak out (i'll try not to either!)!!
Good luck! I didn't use Suzanne's plan but it's a good one. I actually told ppl to check out this site and read it. The only thing I did was read the Kaplan purple strategy book and do the questions along with the cd, read and did questions from a priortization/delegation book and I had did 3 weeks of the NCSBN in August. I passed the NCLEX RN with 75 questions in 50 mins on Oct 9th. OH!!!! I also said a lot of prayers! LOL
