I see lots of people posting that they got lots of meds and infection control. Is that legal to say since they are not being specific? Or does that fall under disclosure since it's content of the exam?
Realistically once you get home you may remember what 1 or 2 actual questions were so that doesn't help anybody. You are free to say what the majority of your questions were or if they were a mix of several, or one more than another. It doesn't matter even then because they are various different versions of NCLEX so you'll not likely get the same version as the person you tell what your test was like.

As long as it is not specific or detailed. For example it would be wrong to say I got 3 med questions the first was about xyz a new medication for ? disease and it was asking about xyz.
