Yikes! I've been watching too much TV! The only positive is I did clean my house for which my family is grateful.

How about you guys?

Watched a lot of TV/Netflix, worked a lot of hours at my retail job, went on some interviews, and finally got my first new grad nursing job offer. I start my new grad position on an Oncology unit at the hospital less than 3 miles from my house the first week of February.

It was a long time coming, graduated in August, but I’m happy with the final outcome. Some of the units I interviewed for were not what I’d consider ideal units or would have significant commutes made worse by being night shift positions. Very happy and excited to start my new career at the hospital I really wanted to work at in the first place.

Well apparently it's all about quality sleep. I have had this dreaded malady for over 30 years and have had recent battles with my pain management team. As some of you know I got a large inheritance last year and spent some of it to buy a bed that I have always wanted. It's fully adjustable, automatic with massage and heating/cooling functions. I think the thing could make my coffee and cook breakfast for me too.

Anyway sleeping in the zero gravity position has actually made my pain disappear. It's wonderful to wake up in the am feeling rested and not like I've been doing battle with my pain all night.

That’s awesome! I agree that sleep problems are a big issue with fibromyalgia. I’ve been diagnosed since 90’s and definitely had it before that. I’ve been going to a specialist in LA for the last 5 years. I just got an adjustable bed, and haven’t slept in it yet, but it is very comfortable with the zero gravity, massage, etc. I think it will be very helpful. Glad to hear how much it has helped you!
