Hi Poohbear,
Are you close to Angola, Ind? We spent new years eve there at the Ramada Inn, all kinds of snow there, people were sledding on the hills alongside the hotel.
Of course we opted to stay inside by the pool..lol.

Hi. no more snow please. GA doesn't need any more snow. I tried to work yesterday, but it was just too slick for me to get to some of the homes.

...for snowmobiling. The trails are still closed. If you travel aways north, closer to the UP of Michigan, you will be able to snowmobile. My husband is just happy that the cold weather has FROZEN the lakes for ICE FISHING!!! I stay at home, nice and warm inside, and play on the computer. Fun!
Happy New Year!

WE GOT AN INCH here last night. Day shift didn't show up until 9am. It was a horrific drive home as overpasses were iced. Sad when an inch causes such pain, eh?

Hi I quess I am a little late with this response, but, here in NW Ohio we just a light dusting of snow on the Sunday before Christmas and nothing since. This is just fine with me as I anm not a snow bird. It just seems very strange to be into the new year and have had less than an inch of snow. Lord help us when it does start. I think we may be in for a big one. HAPPY NEW YEAR ALL

willie,
We are suppose to hit 58 F tomorrow !!
Wow 70 degrees is Super for you in Iowa.
Unfortunately next week they are calling some snow here in Ohio, so we will see what happens.
Do you think this has to do with Global Warming? Whatever it is at least we can enjoy it for now.
