SMU (Samuel Merritt University) BSN Spring 2020

Hello everyone!!

I just wanted to start a thread for the Spring 2020 term at SMU because I know applications are due soon (July 1st), feel free to drop your stats and all of that good stuff!

So I’m assuming I should only go by the subtext at bottom saying “your application is being reviewed”? The headline says congratulations you’ve been admitted to SMU, but assuming this is because it is the admitted student portal?

Yeah, mine looks the same. It’s been like that since I signed up a few weeks ago so I assume the header is just because it’s the portal for admitted students. I would just refer to the sub-text

How did you create a logon? So you didn’t use your NursingCAS login. Where did you create one one? The admitted students webpage or NursingCAS?

I created one on the admitted Students Portal portal page. They should send you an email confirmation once you create it.

Does anyone have the link where they created the account, for some reason it wont let me

It says I already have an account but I tried to reset my password, what email does it send emails from

nevermind! Figured it out, mine looks just like your guy's. The top says congrats (assuming its default) and bottom says application is being reviewed. SO NERVEWRECKINGGGG

Yes, exactly! I was overly excited the first time I logged in and saw that too, but the sub text (located under the application title for the current cycle) is the one you need to read. I’m glad everyone found it! I don’t know if it makes it better or worse that you have a place to check all day long every day... but it sure is great when they start changing the status for people! Best of luck to everyone!!
