smell of amniotic fluid

I am 35 weeks along. I am wondering about the smell of amniotic fluid. Is it possible for leaking amniotic fluid to have an ammonia like odor? I know it is supposed to smell sweet. But I can't say I have ever smelled it before. My two previous deliveries the doc broke my water. I am just wondering if I may be leaking. I am quite sure that I have not had any leaking urine.

You should call your OB if you think you are leaking fluid.
