small win

So, I have a 7th grader who comes in daily for medication. Yesterday she asked how many pills she had left. I told her 6. She told her mom and her mom brought more in today. She took charge of her own care and mom followed through too. I didn't have to call home. I didn't have to beg for more. It was great.

That's great! You always have an exceptional kid(s) that tries to do all the right things to make our life more manageable. And the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree, the mother who takes charge as well. If only the rest could follow suit, lol.
