Just feeling anxious for the result to come out, so I open a thread for SJSU nursing students to post their thoughts~!

GPA: 3.89 (if I calculated correctly)

TEAS score: 88

Impaction score: 7.72

Hello all, I was just wondering if you all have holds to registering for classes. I'm an undeclared student at the moment and won't be able to register until they automatically change my major to nursing. I was just wondering when that will happen. Plus, I need to register for a CHAD 70 class before they start filling up :(

You'll need to email or schedule an appointment with your academic advisor, but email would probably be more faster. I just got my hold lifted today, and in the email, I included my SJSU ID and a copy of my acceptance letter.

Which section are you planning on taking? Also you can just email to lift the hold on your account. That's what I did :)

I was able to register a couple days ago. It seems the hold got lifted automatically for me. You don't need to worry about the classes filling up, though -- 60 seats for 60 butts! ;)

Is anyone planning on taking on a minor? What skills lab time is everyone planning on taking?

Hi guys, semester 3 nursing student at SJSU right now. The spring cutoff is a bit lower than fall's. I posted in a similar thread last year, and the cutoff score for Spring 2014 was 7.19. It shouldn't change this year, so I hope y'all good luck!

I went to SJSU for my undergrad... It is a really great but yes it it super impacted (health science, engineering, nursing) I wanted to apply there for a BSN but my pre reqs were too low at the time.

But good luck to you! Its a grteat school to get a degree from!
