ATI provides a list of what topics you should review in the book when your results are out. I'd recommend looking at the list and seeing what you need to review. For math, I'd suggest working on the problems in the TEAS study guide as well as looking up similar problems online. Khan Academy is a great resource for science. I found McGraw Hill's 5 TEAS Tests and the online ATI practice exams helpful.
You'll need to email or schedule an appointment with your academic advisor, but email would probably be more faster. I just got my hold lifted today, and in the email, I included my SJSU ID and a copy of my acceptance letter.
