Hi there! I started this topic since I couldn't find any threads for SJSU fall 2014 applicants. Care to share your GPA, TEAS scores, and impaction scores to get a better idea of the competition this season?

My stats are:

GPA (for 5 prerequisites): 3.95

TEAS: 90.7%

Impaction: 7.89

I want to ask you some information about the textbook? For the first semester, should we buy the Elsevier Book Bundle from book store or Can we buy separate books from Amazon? used one or new one is better? Do you have any advice to buy book to save money and maximize your study? Thanks a lot.

Just letting anyone on the wait lost know that I'll be opening up a position for you! I got into my first choice nursing program, CSU east bay, so I'll be attending there instead. Cheers!

Does anyone know if we need to get a stethoscope, scrubs, or skills kit before we start school? There is no mention of this in the welcome packet but I looked at the thread to last year's SJSU incoming class and some students mentioned they already got these items prior to school starting. Also, does anyone know how much the textbook bundle goes for at the bookstore?
