SJR State College Fall 2018

Published

Anyone else applying this May for SJR's Fall program?? I applied for Spring 2018 and didn't get in, so this will be my 2nd time applying. I feel like my GPA isn't competitive enough, so the HESI is probably going to be the way I get in. I just did a HESI retake, and I am wondering if I should try one more time. Here are my current HESI scores:

Math: 96%

Reading Comp: 96%

Vocab: 96%

Grammar: 94%

Does anyone else feel like I should try and do one more retake?? I don't think I can keep waiting over and over again to get accepted...

Looking forward to talking to other SJR nursing program hopefuls!!

How do the terms break down? Do you work through the summer?

How's everyone's wait?

checking my email at least 3 times a day!

Check your emails! I got in to OP!

Congratulations!! I did not get in, maybe next term. Good Luck!!!

I got in too! Congrats to everyone that made it. I got into OP. I found out yesterday via email. Going to turn in all the paperwork today. I started to go through the background screening and was shocked at the price! Do you know or anyone know if any of that can be covered via financial aid??

I'm sorry to hear that. September is only 2.5 months from now! I wish you the best when you apply!

Congratulations!! I did not get in, maybe next term. Good Luck!!!

Have you called to see if you were put on the wait list? We had some people join who were waitlisted.

Did any of you who got accepted apply to other colleges in Jacksonville?

Did any of you who got accepted apply to other colleges in Jacksonville?

I was going to apply here, but since their ASN program is as along as a BSN program at UNF or JU I decided against applying.
