Hi everyone!
I wanted to start a thread for the people who are applying to San Joaquin Delta College's nursing program for FALL 2016 cohort. I know the application period is still a month away but I'm just so excited. I still need to take my TEAS. Maybe we can all get to know each other and compare scores?
Good luck to all of us !
bpolis91 you just go to the website of the college where you took the class, search for college catalog. That page should contain current catalog and previous years. You choose the one from the year you took the course, look up the specific course in the catalog and print out that one page. College official catalog will have the college name and year on each page, and that is what they want to see!Best of luck :)))
Thank u for ure help :) good luck to u too

This was a great post!
Your thread has been moved to the Nursing Schools / Colleges forum where the other school specific discussions are. We hope you will receive additional responses in this new location.
@EjCortes:
Hey Ejcortes, I wanted to write a post for you regarding my counselor's appointment with Pam Muckenfuss. Here's a quick list of what we went over. She DOES NOT go over the actual application packet with you, but she will ask you a number of questions to make sure you've completed the application correctly.
1. Make sure to list all repeats, even if you only have 1 repeat. Caution, even if you don't lose any repeats for less than 2 W, D, F, or I, you must list the repeat or you will most likely be disqualified. (I found this out myself, and so will not be expecting to see any of you FALL2016 semester).
2. Make sure you list the cover pages for the exact year you took your courses. Pam suggested going to the library and going through the catalog archives for each college.
3. Include all official documents like transcripts.
That was all we went over before I left. After I got the bad news about the disqualification, I was so shocked I just left shortly after.
Anyhow, good luck to all the rest of you!
Hi everyone,I am new to this thread and I wanted to see if anyone has submitted their TEAS score to Delta and requested a confirmation through email? Has anyone received a confirmation? I submitted and requested 4/15 but haven't heard anything yet. I hope they got it.
Thanks!
Hi faith2rn!
I sent them my TEAS transcript 4/16 and I also emailed them to confirm they received it-- no luck. I haven't heard anything yet I hope they let me know soon, Im planning to turn in all my documentation by the end of this week.

Hi Kittysteve,
Wow! I'm very sorry to hear that It seems like they will disqualify you for anything.
Thank you so much for getting back to me about your appointment with her, I really appreciate it!
She emailed me back but since the delta email system is down at the moment, I haven't heard back from her yet.
Again, I'm so sorry you won't be applying with us for Fall 2016.
Best of luck to you in your future endeavors!
