I have used this frequently in my practice with children. It is most cost effective and I have had great results. The asthma specialist with whom I am associated suggested this treatment. We have a high rate of asthmatics in my area.
Good article. Thank you, NRSKarenRN.

We started using Claritin on a daily basis and it made a huge difference in my son's reactive airway disease problems. He barely had any problem during the worst of fire season this year.

My two bio children took it, I do. Huge difference. Less exacerbations.

Funny this post came about! I just started taking Singulair for my allergies and it has worked wonders for my asthma....I am going to ask my MD if I can stop the Advair and use the singulair everyday. The Singulair is much cheeper, my insurance won't pay for the Advair!
