Hello, All

I am preparing my application to be submitted in Dec'2014 after I complete the RN to BSN @ WTAMU for Simmons FNP online.

I resided in Houston,Texas from my research Simmons appears to be a great school.

Can anyone post any updates regarding there program?

Hello, Danielle

Thanks for your post. I will be completing my BSN in Dec'2014. Simmons FNP is my first choice.

Just wanted to touch basis to see how things are going thus far?

I started the program last May 2014.. I am so glad i chose Simmons.. It may be a little pricier than others but it is worth every penny.. It is not a for-profit school.. Its not just discussion boards.. I love the live webcam classes.. I am extremely satisfied with Simmons.. I am learning so much :)

Those of you accepted that have to take the Statistics Refresher...hold off for a minute, I sent a letter requesting that they accept the Saylor.org MA121 Statistics course which is a FREE course and FREE exam and FREE certificate as the "refresher" instead of using SL, due to SL's costs associated with "membership" considering it's supposed to be a "refresher" NOT a credit bearing course...hopefully we will hear by next week the outcome!

Yes they did end up accepting Saylor, but found that the Klimes one they offer is EASIER and much better!

I checked out the Klimes online stats review course you referenced. How did it work? Did you just complete your online Saylor course, take the test, submit it to faculty, and then you were good to go? Did you take this along with your first semester courses or were you required to complete it and defer by one semester? Do they use the Klimes online program for the bio and health assessment course as well?

Thanks Tasha!

hi everyone,

I am too interested in Simmons for FNP both online and traditional class. For who taking the online FNP, how was the exam? or you just do quizzes and papers?

Thanks in advance
