Sierra College Fall 2020

Hey everyone! I didn’t see a thread for this year but I wanted to start one for this fall! I applied to Sierra College yesterday, has anyone else applied yet?

I applied yesterday too! I hand delivered it. I was the 17th person to apply. I feel special hahaha

I applied on Tuesday, hand delivered mine in also, but wasn’t told what # I was.

She didn't straight out tell me, I was just curious and nosy haha. As I hand delivered it, she wrote my name on the list/clipboard, which was #17, and wrote #17 on my envelope.

I applied as well! She took it and stamped it with a red stamp I think it said received? But I didn’t see a clipboard or a number ☹️ Has anyone applied there before? I saw a student RN that said they are pretty efficient with letting us know quickly. I’m just praying

I turned in my application yesterday, 2/24. I’ve no idea what number I was though! This is my first time applying to Sierra but not to nursing programs in general. Fingers crossed!

Hi guys! I turned my app in today and was #123. I had to ask what number I was too. LOL. Let’s hope we all get in! Do you know how many people they take per semester?

I just looked it says they take 40 and 10 alternates. So then I wonder how many people send in their applications!

Well I was #123 yesterday so that’s not very good odds... especially since it’s open until Friday at 4pm. LOL ugh this is painful

It is SOOOOO painful ? Then it says 4 weeks after the close of the application and in parentheses says (April 15) but 4 weeks after would be first of April so let’s hope it’s the lesser of the two LOL! I’m already dying over here and it’s not even closed yet

Turning in my Sierra College Nursing app tomorrow. I'll ask what number I am and report back tomorrow ? I applied to ARC and Sac City as well. Where else did everyone apply besides Sierra?
