Sierra College 2021 Applications

Hello! Just wanting to start a thread for those applying this year for sierra college.

It says under the FAQ that it takes approximately 4 weeks from close of application for us to get an acceptance letter. So probably by April 1 well here something ideally. I believe they’re still planning for 40 people accepted, but I know that people who were alternates last year are guaranteed admission into the 40 if they wanted it. So there could be less than 40 accepted if people from last year wanted to take the spots this year.

Good luck to everyone! My friend got in last year from the wait list which makes me think most of them got in on the waitlist!

Last year they let people know March 23rd!

Thankyouuuu! Hopefully we’ll know by the first week of April, Im super nervous already

I didn’t get one either. I called the nursing department and they said that means I’m not admitted or an alternate. However, she said in years past they have pulled additional alternates after. So there’s still “some” hope

I got accepted my acceptance as well!  They want a commitment to their program like NOW, so if someone got into more than 1 program yet committed to Sierra, that opens up spots for others.  Keep your fingers crossed and good luck!
