I have had L knee pain but yesterday both of my knees & legs hurt so bad I could barely walk.
I wear a knee brace on my L knee, guess I'm gonna have to wear one on my R. I wear compression stockings & I bought special shoes that are suppose to help with plantar fasciitis.
Is there anything else I can get to prevent all the pain? I'm going to be 30 this year & my legs feel like their 50.

First see an ortho specialist preferably a knee specialist. Our TOS is that we don't give medical advice here but I personally spent thousands of dollars of all kinds of shoes and devices to battle foot pain and one visit to the doctor which was covered by insurance and the pain went away!
