Since we are talking of autism a lot in this forum, I wanted to ask some of you if you have heard and/or used PTC?

I have never heard of it. Can you give us some details?Thank you

I'm not sure what I think about them, but I've thought about trying them.

They are a qroup that tests children (and adults) for biochemical imbalances and heavy metal toxicities. They do this by hair, stool and urine sample. Then, when they have discovered whatever imbalance there might be, they have a pharmacy that compounds vitamins, minerals, and amino acids based on what is needed.

Their specialty is autism.

Read up about them. My only thing is paying that much money for something I am not sure about.

Thank You for the information. My son is mildly autistic. I am always curious when I hear about new studies or treatments. I do not like putting chemicals into him, a nutritional treatment is interesting. We have had quite a bit of progress using modulation therapy. The CDs are $55.00 each but you can definitely see the effects of them right away, not always positive but at least you can see part of the brain being effected.
