Hi! Posting this for those who are applying to the Sharp New Grad RN Summer 2025 Cohort!

I did my ACLS HeartCode through SureFire. It's a little on the expensive side, but I had my externship pay for it. Good thing about SureFire is that they have multiple sites open 24 hours across San Diego to do the skills portion, and that takes like 15 minutes tops. I will do my PALS through them as well. I think the NIHSS is like $10 online, but I'm not sure.

No prior healthcare work experience. I did have an externship in the cardiovascular ICU, but that wasn't with Sharp.

I did all of them through AHA if I remember correctly. ACLS/PALS were in the pricier side and required an online portion + an in person portion. NIHSS was $10 and was purely online.

Hello! Congrats on getting an interview! Did you get an interview for their Medical ICU or their Surgical ICU? Also, would it be OK if you could share when your interview is?
