Any one heard from Sharp Memorial short stay OBS?

Has anyone heard from L&D yet?

How did the interview go?

I think it went well! She told me there was 18 people interviewing though and that all of them were good. Should know something on Tuesday.

That's good to hear! What made your application stand out? I applied for the same floor but didn't get an interview 😞 did you also apply as soon as the application opened?

That's awesome, hopefully you get in. Did they ask a lot of questions? What department and which Sharp?

This is a long shot but has anyone heard from Sharp Memorial ED?

I think just having a lot of experience in oncology! I volunteered and had clinical experience and really tried to show my passion through the essay questions. Really nervous though because there's such a small chance with so many interviews.

They accept less than 5 people for each floor right? I'm not sure how many people they interview and actually accept. It sounds so competitive 😭😭. I have my interview in like 3 weeks and sent in my candidate profile. Do they ask you questions about the profile?

My unit is only accepting 1 person 😞 and no I didn't even have a candidate profile.

Omggg. That sounds so competitive. Do they actually tell you how many people they're accepting? I didn't attend the webinar and can't find it online, but this cohort is accepting around 30 people right?

I think it's around 60 across all hospitals and units. This unit just specifically had 18 interviewees and 1 spot.
