I wanted to start a thread on the Sharp New Grad Program in San Diego that opened for apps today. Best of luck to all that applied!

did your resume formatting get messed up when uploading and previewing the document?

I applied too, but I am in the Bay Area, graduating in December. I wonder when we will get our emails.

Sharp usually works quickly. We should start receiving phone calls within a couple of weeks with phone interviews scheduled soon after that. That has been the norm, but of course it could be different this time around.
Yes, the formatting is very messed up when uploading your resume onto the form, and nothing you do will fix that (I've tried lol).

You're welcome. I do hope something positive happens this time around. Just "celebrated" six months of job hunting.

What are the telephone interviews like? Pretty extensive or basic? This is my first time applying to Sharps new grad program.
Phone interviews are very basic and quite pleasant. Don't sweat them. :)

I'm excited about this program. Looks super competitive but seems like a really great system of hospitals.
