Hi I just wanted to start a thread for this! Is anyone applying?

Got a phone call from Sharp Chula Vista on Monday, 29th for my interview in early April, I'm so nervous. I applied for the Tele, PCU, Med-Surg floors at Sharp Chula Vista. I'm an internal candidate in the system-wide float pool, have my NCLEX test date already. Graduated in December 2020. Wishing everyone here the best of luck. I do not want to discourage anyone but speaking to multiple managers in the past 6 months, if you do not have your BSN already by the program start date, don't bother applying for Sharp Grossmont & Memorial. Those two hospitals are strictly trying to maintain their magnet status. I will keep you guys updated..... If anyone has interview tips please share them, this is my first ever nursing interview... trying to keep that positive energy, so scared of interviews.....? ? 

mine is next week and I’m so scared too! it’s also my first interview!! ??

nope. nothing yet. I am starting to doubt my whole application. I don't have that great of a chance since I am out of state too:(

Congrats! I applied there for my second choice but haven't heard anything. Was the interview in person or online? How did it go?!

If they ask for references after the interview is that a good sign?

@hotcheeto11 yes from what I've heard that is a good sign! How soon after your interview did they send out that request?
