  1. Hi Everyone! Anyone interview for SGH for MICU yet or interviewed in general yet? I just interviewed today... How did you guys feel?
  2. Hi Everyone! I applied, and I am an internal applicant/have worked at Sharp for about a year. Had about 252 externship hours in the MICU at a different hospital (outside SD county). Applied to SGH MICU and also SCVMC. From what I hear, SCVMC will have new grad rotations, meaning new grads will be floated to a few units to be trained on those floors. Also, good luck to everyone too! ?
  3. Yessss!! Add me! ?Also, my IG is cindywindyiribe for anyone who wants to connect through there too!
  4. @michellestewie I was crying too! Hahahahahaha!
  5. @lovesandiego Me tooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work inside a library, so you should have seen my reaction when I checked the portal! HA!!!
  6. Hey @maeshly!! I applied at SD campus, too. Haven’t heard anything yet. Hopefully we hear back sometime this week.
  7. @Kchang25I don't see it either in my application portal. My application portal is split in half. On the left side, it states that my application "has been sent to the academic department for review." On the right side, there is a checklist of items in my application that have been received. I used this portal website to login: https://azusapacificuniversity.force.com/TX_SiteLogin?startURL= I'm a bit perplexed. However, admissions did say they will call us (at least SD Campus) for acceptance, and letter by mail for rejection. Hope this helps, and hope everyone gets into the program!!!
  8. @Alexam Wahooooo!!! Congrats!!!!! ?
  9. Hi @michellestewie!! Thanks for sharing this information! How recently have you contacted SD campus? I have been so anxious the last few days awaiting notice. Lol.
  10. Hi @V.ct.r.a!! I emailed the San Diego Regional Campus' program director a few days ago, and she stated that applicants from San Diego will hear back sometime early May. They are still conducting interviews at this moment in time. I hope this helps! Good luck to you and everyone else in here!
  11. Good luck!!!!! You’ll do great!
  12. Hi! The same questions were asked for me as well, such as how I handle stress, my faith, and why I want to get into the nursing profession. The interview also had parts where the professor went over the program-- the scope, sequence, and costs. It was quite informative. Anyway, good luck!!!!! Hope this helps.
  13. Hi Everyone! I interviewed, too, on Friday for the San Diego campus. Beautiful facility and right across from a UFC gym with plenty of parking. Interviewer also said that admission decisions will be sent out sometime end of April (I’m assuming after Easter break), and that the university will conduct interviews all the way until mid April. Good luck to everyone! Hope this response helps, too.
