SHARP new grad Fall 2018

Hi everyone!

The nurse residency program applications opened up today for all of Sharp campuses and don't close until next week. I just submitted my application right now. I'm an internal applicant and it's my second time applying so I'm hoping this is the last time I'll have to do this! :bored: Just wanted to open up the conversation for other applicants! This time around, I chose Memorial Acute Care and Chula Vista :)

This is also my second time applying as an internal candidate. I interviewed last cohort however I was not hired :(

I applied for Memorial Medical Surgical.

My app still says under consideration. (7/5)

I tried sending out emails to the managers that interviewed me for any feedback they could give me, but none of them responded :/

I have my license now and my official degree? But not much else. Some more experience working as a CNA. And some more volunteer work. Idk what else they are looking for

Do u think they're sending it in batches? I couldn't remember if that's what they did last cohort. I heard the ones who got an email are suppose to respond by Friday this week.

I just recieved a rejection letter from Memorial ICU. However, they said I'm under consideration for my 2nd choice (PACU), which will be doing reviews for the next 4 weeks. So my fingers still crossed.
