SG 101 What is this all about?

Published

Hi ya'll, I'm in the process of registering for classes at Excelsior, may someone please explain what SG 101 is all about. Before deciding on EC I was reading several posts and came across other students chatting about it.

-Is this SG 101 affiliated with EC?

-Is it beneficial?

-Are the contents updated if not affiliated with EC?

Thank you

I'm studying for health safety now, How do you recommend I study? What do you feel worked for you? The first exam I took was Transition and used Stugygrp 101 and Excelsior College practice exam.

I'm confused about what this one-credit hour information literacy course is all about? I'm a senior majoring in Geophysics from a major university, so I really can't see what I have to gain from this course unless some kind person can please enlighten me?

Specializes in EMS, ED, Trauma, CEN, CPEN, TCRN.

Chalk it up to a necessary evil. Only someone with a Masters degree can have it waived. There are some less expensive options available through Tor College that are accepted by Excelsior to satisfy this requirement.
