SFSU ELMSN Fall 2023

Hi everyone,

I just submitted my application to SFSU's ELMSN program for fall 2023. I didn't see a thread for this, so creating one here if you'd like to share your experiences, updates, and decisions! Based on the previous thread for fall 2022 it doesn't seem like we will hear from admissions until April. Best of luck to everyone!

I called the number under "applicant resources" on the school of nursing ELM page. He picked right up. 

I agree with the deadline! I had to pay my deposit in another school to secure my spot just in case ?

‼️‼️ just like they give us deadlines for our apps.. but I'm sure they don't want to do that, just in case they can't meet it. I'm sure it varies year by year, dependent upon the number of applications that they have to go through

I wonder who @Quynn Evans spoke to earlier today! I'm hoping that person is right and this other guy isn't cause I literally cannot handle another day of not knowing

I called the SON number and the woman had an answer right away so I don't know what happened

No other year cohort has heard that late in the month! They've been saying middle of the month this whole time and now it's the end?!?!? Wthhhh

somewhat off topic- but guys I had NO idea that SFSU even had an accelerated* ELMSN!! ?? I guess I didn't notice it when I applied bc the deadline apparently was in September ugh. It's a whole year shorterrr

That program was canceled this year anyway so that's probably why you didn't notice it when you were applying
