Hi All,
It looks like they are beginning to email students acceptance notifications, I just received mine about 30 min ago. After all the hard work to get to this point I'm experiencing a moment of disbelief that I have achieved the first hurdle of getting into a program. I would like to thank everyone that has posted on this forum over the last few months, having this as a resource has really helped me deal with the stress and anxiety that this process evokes. It has felt more like a joint struggle then a solitaire toil. Good luck to everyone as you hear your fate :-)

CONGRATS TO EVERYONE!!! I am new to the forum but I have just accepted my spot for pediatrics! We should make a Facebook page for everyone planning on accepting.

Congrats to everyone! I was wait listed but I was accepted to case western and Emory so I'll be ok! I am hoping a spot opens up for us on the wait list!

Are you a bay area native or will you be moving to San Francisco for the program?@Diakonisa My specialty is women's health. I was just wait listed for pediatrics... 15/20. Pretty upset about that. But congrats to those who were accepted! What were your guys stats if I may ask? I think my weakness was my lack of adequate patient care experience.

I am from Southern California but I actually already live in SF because I really wanted to get into a program here! Cant believe it actually happened. What about you?

I'm coming from Fresno and trying to figure out where I'm going to live. From one concern to the next lol. Are you planning on trying to work while in the program?

Yeah it is stressful finding a place here that is reasonably priced so it is good you're starting to look now! I am not too sure about working yet. I know they recommend that you don't work, but I will probably do some nannying and see how it goes! What about you?

Hello everyone! Congratulations to those accepted and to those on the waitlist, I am crossing my fingers for you! I, too, received an acceptance email for Women's Health CNS! @bellanoche86 & @katieb9 I like the idea of starting a Facebook page! Please let me know what to search for! :)

Does anyone know students who have gone through/are currently in the program? I'd be nice to hear the student perspective of the program.

To all who have been accepted, I think it's a great idea to get a Facebook page started. We're gonna be in this together for next three years :-). If can send me your email addresses I'll get the page set up. To anyone that joins in the future and sees this message, PM your email just in case I don't check the thread as often. I'm super excited to make everyone's acquaintance and get started on this epic journey.
