Thanks Tara,

Please update us when your cohort gets the answer about Upper Division classes. Hopefully, the Nursing curriculum would be enough for us since we're going into a specialized field as BSN Nursing (Nursing, Health Care, etc) rather than a BS Psychology degree.

As for driving all over the place, if I am fortunate enough to be accepted in the Nursing program, my car and my driving skills are available to my fellow students.

That information is super helpful. I keep wondering if I will have to drive to SFSU campus for other classes, but it sounds like you are in the process of figuring that out yourself. Also, thanks for the offer dunce002917. I'm not much of a driver and am trying to mentally prepare myself for lots of driving once I'm in nursing school (if I get in that is). I live in Los Gatos/ San Jose and have been spoiled up until now with pretty short commutes.

FutureNurse001, I hear you. LOL I've been spoiled too since Canada College is an exit away from my home. But since becoming a part-time Uber driver (How I'll be making my textbook money for the next 2 years), I've mentally prepared myself for driving all over the Bay Area.

But the offer still stands since parking would be a constant issue in SF, Oakland and other places. :)

I know right? I'm practically collecting all my good luck charms and saying all my prayers. Finding out that I got in the Nursing School would really alleviate majority of my stress this semester. April can't come soon enough.

Has anyone heard anything?! I am so nervous! Checking my email every five seconds! I was told at my interview that we should know before April and tomorrow is April! Did anyone else get different info because I know on the interview email it said mid april but I was told otherwise by the woman at the interview!

I've been refreshing my email every 5 mins every day. I was told "sometime in April." My money is around mid-April. I have until May 1st to "commit" to SJSU (whom I haven't heard from their Nursing School as well). So I was told most likely, it would be the 15th at the latest. If they give out results tomorrow, I might even think it was for April Fools. So I'd prefer to hear from them from April 2 onwards. lol

PS: I actually thought you've heard some news... BUt trust me, i'll post as soon as I hear (and allowed to post).

Let me know when you guys hear back! I am so excited for you! (I think it was mid-April when I heard last year?) The nursing office is super busy so even I'm not 100% when they are announcing, but I know it is on their priority list. In nursing, wherever you will go, you will hear "be flexible!" a ton so get used to hearing that @dunce I saw your email and it's on my radar to get back to you.
